At Cottages at the Park, it is not just where you live, it's where you play.  Our planned community pool, pavilion, and firepit/game area will offer the perfect space for neighbors to become friends.*

You will also have private access to the 120-acre Shaw Family Park with walking trails, fishing lakes, a dog park, tennis courts, and direct access to the Razorback Greenway for an early morning bike ride to connect you with local interests.

The amenities at Cottages at the Park will help you and your family stay active right in your ‘backyard’.

*These amenities have not yet been constructed and are not included in the current POA dues. The amenities will be constructed during the building of homes in Phase 2. Upon completion, the amenity package will be owned and operated by the POA and the developer will be reimbursed for all expenses and the POA dues will be adjusted accordingly.
